Like a few others stated as well, if I could give zero stars—I would. Unsure as to why they need the recipients phone number when they simply won’t even call them for the delivery. The order status just stated that it was unsuccessful and my only option was the call the serving store. I wasn’t able to call since I’m in a foreign country trying to send I miss you chocolate strawberries but my recipient did call around quarter to 5 to inquire and there was no answer, even though they claim to be open until 5. Hopefully when they pick up their edible arrangement the delivery fee will be refunded but after reading reviews further I don’t have high hopes lol. Don’t get anything from here unless you wanna be disappointed.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I ordered online for a friend of mine who recently had surgery. They said they couldn’t deliver it because “her address doesn’t exist” well it does and the driver who was the boss didn’t call …Alissa, we sincerely apologize. WONDERFUL!!! Easy to order online. Even tho I forgot & ordered it the night before my best friends birthday- they still got it to her on her birthday!! Looked exactly like the picture & was delicious. VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
