We have been trying to call the orchard park post office all day. Got connected to someone, phone got cut off and now we have been calling non stop and no one answers the phone!!! We are out of town and are having problems with delivery and we can't get ahold of anyone to speak to!!! This is so frustrating!!!!

Terrible service for passports. The only good thing is Tony the worker was willing to help us out and was very friendly. Cindy , the other worker was not willing to help , we told her i had a confirmation letter to prove we had an appointment. She said well it’s wrong wouldn’t even look at the confirmation on my phone. Cindy was very mean , not willing to help and the guy who had an appointment never showed so she could of helped us . Cindy was also very mean to her co worker Tony she clearly has no respect for him . I am very disappointed in this office. Now we have to reschedule again for our passports. Not a happy customer.
