I'm sorry to leave a lower review on this , but I ordered a new battery installation and only an inspection was done, along with what I was told is a recall bracket for the battery , which I knew nothing about, but appears to have been attended to, although I don't know what was on there before I got there. When I originally called I was quoted the price on the new battery and installation of 158.46 + I believe it was $45 labor , then I was put through to a service scheduler. I told her I needed the battery and the inspection. She asked if I wanted a battery for the vehicle or for the fob and I said for the vehicle,all recorded. I asked for a time estimate & she said there was no waiting time for the rest of the week and I would need to use the shuttle ,which I was actually glad to do. I think that is a nice service with a great driver, but not sure why no waiting time, place was practically empty. I talked to you Steve in the service department, and I also told you that I was replacing the battery because it was 6 years old remember? You said that the job would take about 2 hours.well, It took from 10:00 a.m. until closing time of the service department and just an inspection was done as I said. After paying for the inspection I walked back to the service department thinking it was open till later and that maybe you could still put the battery in, but no one was there except one girl and she wasn't sure what would have happened. Anyways, the request for a review was sent to me, so I have to be honest in light of what happened. No worries this battery still works, but I think I will pick the battery up elsewhere at this point just to get it done.

Never a problem extended warranty !!!!!!!! Wish I could get a new truck under $400 a month!!!
