I have had them for abput 6-7 years and suddenly my bill is over 500$ a month and it is IMPOSSIBLE to login to my account and very difficult to speak with an actual person. When I finally do, they are no help. The app sends me in circles now telling me to answer a secret question to log in and it's a question I have never answered. So I change the question then it brings me in a circle asking another question I have never answered. It is absolutely insane. This is worth breaking the contract to me. And that's what I plan to do. DO NOT GET VERISON WIRELESS. They reverted back to their old ways of stealing your money and adding bogus charges with no explanation.

Horrible service. Had to wait way too long. I tried to ask questions and they walked away and gave weird looks. Not helpful!

Love this location! Everyone is always super friendly and eager to help. Last rep I worked with, Isaiah, made the process actually enjoyable and he stayed and talked with me to pass the time while he helped me with a phone transfer. Was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered the questions I had as well! Need more reps like him in the store! Going to bring my family over from ATT!
