LOVE MY DOCTORS!!! But it takes 45 minutes hold time to talk to ANYONE! Also my husband’s doctor order an MRI on both shoulders for surgery 3 months ago . Left shoulder approved in 6 weeks. Right ….. still waiting. Have called numerous times and spoke to MANY people in different departments including customer service who said that Supervisor in that department would be notified and get back to me. Still waiting!!! Different doctor just ordered one for severe migraines.. I shutter to see how long that will take!

Dealing with this place is worse then dealing with a government agency. Expect long waits. Calling them is even worse you can't ever talk to your doctor and rarely can you even speak with the nurse. They fail at filling out paper work correctly for disability or other needs. This is a business they are not there to assist patients. While the doctors is suppose to be there for the patients needs they seem to still and control anything and everything the doctor says, which tends to mean all the good doctors do not stay long.

It takes forever to get through to the correct department. first you have to wait for soeone to pick up the call and then later let you know how important you are. Later, if they call back you might be able to get hold of the correct department. Not a happy camper......love the doctors - can't stand the rest.

I have a Brother who is handicap. He was recently released from Riverside Community Hospital... and I have to say, going back to Riverside medical Clinic I was smiling. "Fantastic teamwork there!" I took my Brother to Urology and worked with Dr Howard A. Aubert and his clinical staff. Amazing stability with him and his nurses, I was very impressed with their social skills among with their procedures while all working together. "Very very very stabled bunch!" I left happy today. I was also happy with Urgent Care doctors and staff. "Also his primary MD Doctor Tang is an excellent Doctor to work with. He's been a great help with all his work. Big Thumbs Up from Me!"
