Let me say the rep who worked desk 20 was the kindest, nicest person who went above and beyond to help me...thank you a 1000 times. The young lady who did my photo and id was also awesome and got me in and out so to her a huge thank you. The site supervisor was short rude and unwilling to extend a customer courtesy to call another licensing location. He is in the wrong industry you have obviously forgotten the service in customer service. He needs to do better.

I can't believe I don't have anything to complain about! Its been so many years since I had to come to a DMV center, I had no idea they had streamlined the process. I was in and out in about 45 minutes tops. This is a driver's license center only, but here in Pennsylvania there are private outlets for vehicle registrations and tags. The staffers professional and I'd come here again. Plenty of parking but then this was a mid week, mid month stop.
