Absolute zero customer service and epic incompetence on display today. We were the only party in line while both employees were talking to a friend and then when they were ready to get back to work were rude so we decided to go elsewhere. Truly shameful as that’s not how it ever was when it was Bassett’s.

Had lunch there while visiting Philadelphia and it was delicious. So much so that I have ordered foid from them through Goldbelly twice for delivery to New York and am planning on ordering for Easter dinner.

Delicious eatery! Every sandwich we had was perfect. I especially loved dunking mine into gravy (per their suggestion).

good food but rudest customer service. A lady named Jamie was yelling at me to order when I did not hear her say anything to me. She was very aggressive, and rude, and confrontational. The other employees seemed afraid to say anything to her. She should not work with people. I will never go back because of Jamie. She is a short woman with black hair and very aggressive.
