They were good and fast with delivery, but now they are horrible!! Delivery takes forever, they lie and say your order was cancelled, horrible customer service now. Which is sad cause I love Dominos but this one makes me not want to order anymore.

I had the worst experience at this Dominos. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza, I heard the cook telling the cashier she forgot the sauce. Then after waiting about 10 more minutes she was back there saying I don’t recook no food. I figured they remade it but when I got home no sauce. Everyone there needs to be fired, horrible customer service. Cursing behind the counter and all a disgrace.

Imjust Me

Usually this place is pretty good. But today order one of the 3 pizzas I usually get. A medium well done with extra Alfredo sauce, parmesan and asiago cheese. Usually they put plenty on,but today was dry as all hell and barely any cheese. It was hot,though timed it perfectly for pick up. Morning dude seems skimpy on things, so in future make sure wait till someone else making it.

I ordered my children pizza at 5:30pm on Tuesday December 28, 2021. At 6:30 when it had not arrived and the checker stated that it was out for delivery for 21 minutes I called the store. The young lady on the phone stated that they only had one delivery driver and asked that we be patient. She then Stated that my pizzas were coming out of the oven and would be delivered in approximately 25 to 30 minutes. At 7:30 we still had no pizza and my children were starving. I called again the same young lady claimed to be the manager, I explained that I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the pizza. She started to argue with me, I told her no explanation of when the pizza should go in the oven and how long it takes from oven to door could explain a 2 hour delay with no notification. I have requested a refund and hung up the phone. She then called me back to explain that my pizza had left and if delivered she could not refund me my money. My pizza didn’t arrive until 8:26pm almost 3 hours after I ordered it and it was stone cold. I will never ever be ordering from this dominoes again. They are the worst!
