Ordered online, took two hours to be delivered. Ok, it happens, I ordered delivery, sometimes it takes longer than expected, whatever. Driver arrives, is surly, doesn’t have the drink I ordered, ok, it happens, whatever. The plain pizza I ordered had sausage on it.... pizza is your only job, how do you mess up the most basic order possible? My address label was on the box as well, so they didn’t deliver me somebody else’s pizza, and I double checked that I ordered the correct thing. Called the store for resolution, employee who answered the phone seemed a bit simple, so they ended up directing me to the manager. Manager says they’ll send another pizza. 4 hours later... nothing. Will be charging back my order and never buying from this dominos again.

Took over an hour. Delivery wasn't contactless (driver didn't get out of their car). They also forgot to cut one of the pizzas. Some "quality check".

I have been ordering from this pizza shop for about two years now. The first year, most of my orders did not arrive on time( over an hour or even more), and poor food quality. And not once will they miss an item when ordered for delivery. However, in the past year, I have noticed a significant improvement in terms of food quality, delivery time, and the customer's service. Keep up the great work and thank you!
