If you don't have delivery drivers, don't offer delivery. Waiting an hour and a half until "out for delivery" and then another hour 10 watching the driver hit every corner of West Philadelphia isn't cool. Two and a half hours to get cold pizza. Should've gotten something local

I've had nothing but problems with this Dominos. Here are a few highlights: -Once after placing an order and paying for it online I received a phone call from the delivery driver about an hour later saying, "They're going to have to find someone else to deliver your order." I had already given him an $8 tip. I called the store and they sent someone else out, but by the time the delivery got there is was hours later and I was in bed. -Once I received someone else's order and didn't realize until I got back into my apartment. -Most of the time they won't come to your door. You have to meet them in the street. -If you order a drink you're lucky if you get what you actually ordered instead of something random. -Once I had to meet a driver around the block because he couldn't find my address despite GPS being a thing. I'm finally done with this place.

Food arrived two hours after I ordered it. Driver doesn’t use the app properly so I could never report it via the app. Food arrive cold and order was incorrect. Driver said he knocked and rang the bell. Never happened, we were here the entire time. Called twice. First time I was hung up on before any meaningful resolution was sought. Second time they said the driver was 2 blocks away and would be here in 4-5 minutes. He arrived 15 minutes later. I could have walked to the store faster than this. Why did I pay for delivery? Why did I pay a tip before delivery (nearly 30%)? Lesson learned, this dominos location is worthless.

1. Poor service 2. No one attended to even ask why I am at the store. I had to call people and tell them I was there for pick up. 3. Previously, have tried car side pick up, no one comes out to deliver the order 4. NO EMPLOYEE WORE A MASK. WHEN ASKED WHY WERE THEY NOT WEARING ONE, THE GUY REPLIED "I DON'T RUN THE STORE. YOU CAN SUBMIT IT IN THE FEEDBACK" 5. No employee wore gloves 6. The credit card swipe machine did not work. The employee was least helpful 7. These issues have been present for over a year and it only gets worse. 8. The time tracker is a joke. I DID NOT GET MY ORDER ~30 MINS AFTER THE EXPECTED TIME PER THE ONLINE ORDER

That sucks bruh
I placed a complaint through the website because they sent me the wrong thing, and someone wrote back saying they would forward my complaint to the franchisee, who would address it, but that was weeks ago. I wrote back to say that no one from the 44th street location responded, but no one responded to that email from either corporate or 44th street. They don't care about complaints, they don't have any intention on responding to them.
