I placed a complaint through the website because they sent me the wrong thing, and someone wrote back saying they would forward my complaint to the franchisee, who would address it, but that was weeks ago. I wrote back to say that no one from the 44th street location responded, but no one responded to that email from either corporate or 44th street. They don't care about complaints, they don't have any intention on responding to them.
You have to go the website and click on customer service and email them
You can call the 800 number and file a complaint but there's not much can be done since it's a frachise location. Probably better to head there yourself and ask to speak to the manager yourself. Im surprise they don't want to work with you.
