I don't have enough space to write an extensive review about this location, it tops my list for the worse food and the absolute most poorly untrained staff bar none! How on earth are they still in business? I have had a few bad experiences in the past with another location but this was my first and last for all of them! I ordered the extravaganza pizza but it didn't have any green peppers and the chicken wings were half cooked and drenched with what looked like cooking oil! I called them many times over 8 hours but the manager was never there, no wonder my order was not done right, the inmates are running the asylum! Sorry, Domino's, it'll be Pizza Hut next time! By the way this location is near Broad and Chelten sts...for those who are curious!!!

Ordered pizza at 7pm never received order hours later despite calling the store several times and being reassured by managers several times that my order was on the way by 11:30pm still never received the order. Was hung up on multiple times and tracker even said my order was delivered once despite the driver being outside the store when it said so. Never received my order or a refund . Was told a 10 day wait and still nothing. Order was placed on the 29th of October. Still waiting on a refund. Called domino's customer service and store. Owner is refusing refund despite items never being received

The store at 5733 broad street needs to close and get a better staff in there. I am still waiting on a order I placed 2 days ago that was wrong. They advertise that if that are wrong they will make it right. NOT TRUE! Hot and ready where? Not the order I got. I called that same night spoke with a manager and he said that a fresh pizza with what I ordered would be on the way. That was on the 7th today is the 9th. No refund, No email, but they advertise again if the get it wrong they will make it right. If any supervisors are reading this my order number #was 66

Missed items on on receipt. No one answered the phone. Food was greasy and partially cut. Cake was uncut. No marinara. Bread was dry...killed WWE Raw and New Years in one night....on top of spending money and never getting what you paid for. Will be calling in the morning to report this atrocity.
