I parked in the lot to go inside this morning and a woman who works there pulled up next to me and opened her door, slamming it into my mirror and then proceeding to say the F word my way several times in a very aggressive manner. She has purple hair pulled back and was wearing a uniform. After doing so, she walked into Pharmaca. I have shopped here for years but after this experience, I won’t be back. Please hire people who at a minimum are respectful to others.

Just spoke with Robin to get my RX transferred over. She was SO helpful and nice. So far, my experience with this pharmacy is A+.

I posted a review regard rude staff two months ago... Kudos to the management for addressing the issue. Since I posted the review, I have had great experiences when I come in. I think the store has always had a good selection, and I am glad to see that they care about how customers are treated! Still and always a great pharmacy, too.

I used to love Pharmaca and likely have spent thousands of dollars on both goods and pharmacy needs over the last 10 years. Today is my last day as a customer. They really should consider changing their name from Pharmaca to "BIG PHARMA". I have two prescriptions that are costly and every time I go to Pharmaca I am given a different cost for the one drug (generic version, 30 pills) and the cost differences have ranged from $175 to the cost given today of $450. In the course of four visits in four months I have been given four different costs by four different pharmacists. It seems the Pharmacist "du jour" is allowed to decide how much they want to charge or discount this particular drug. When I kindly questioned the cashier, the Pharmacist hid behind her computer and had no interest in my questions nor concerns even though she was less then four feet away and could hear everything I was saying. She also refused to allow the kind cashier to help me transfer this prescription to another store. Pharmaca-I am done with the random price gouging and poor Pharmacist customer service at this Pharmaca on 23th Place in Portland, OR. Effective today I transferring all prescriptions immediately and should have done this a lot sooner. I also joined Good Rx and with Good Rx coupon can get the same 30 pills that Pharmaca today wanted to charge me $450.00 to buy, for less than $30.00 at the local grocery store (Pharmaca would not even consider honoring Good Rx coupon). I am sorry Pharmaca but you just lost a very loyal, long term customer.
