Had a bit of a rocky start, I was accidentally given someone else's medicine, which was an honest mistake since we both had the same last name and our vets both had the same last name. Unfortunately it was on the weekend after they had closed and my cat *really* needed his medicine to keep him out of the hospital. After some searching I was able to contact someone, and the owner actually drove out to my house to deliver it himself which says a lot about how great this place is. They also didn't charge me for the medication. An excellent business and I will be transferring my dogs compounded medicine here next time she needs a refill.

NW Compounders is one of the nicest places I’ve experienced for customer service! Jesse was exceptional to deal with! You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and cares about helping animals feel better. I’ve had a challenging experience trying to figure out the best medication for my cat! I had to go back-and-forth between trying a liquid and a topical rub. The entire staff is amazing but Jesse really went out of her way to help and very easily curbed my frustration with medications. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable, patient and I admire her innate ability to communicate ! Honorable mention to Mike for his wonderful customer service and passing my note to a manager for help! I have already recommended NWC to friends who didn’t know you can compound pets meds! Thanks NW Compounders!

My vet suggested Northwest Compounders years ago and they've lived up to the reference he gave them. I live on the coast so they mail my doggies' Rx's to me and are always prompt and courteous. Their meds have helped both of my special-needs furry family members. Super staff!

NW Compounders are great! We've gotten several veterinary medications compounded by them over many years. They are always super nice, helpful, and quick! Fantastic company.

Hi Gretchen! Can you walk me through what you did in your attempt to post. Maybe i can try to troubleshoot for you.. Thanks, Luke, owner
I haven't had them do this with a pain pill but definitely with antibiotics. You need to ask your vet to issue a perscription for a suspension of the needed pain medication.
