Ordered on line picked up order as indicated 15 min when I got to my car with the order the pizza was slimly warm. The staff is great need to step it up. I didn't get any texts saying my order was ever ready...

negative 5 stars this place is a joke. save your money or go to pizzahut or something on Riverdale. First off the app said My order was ready and when I arrived it wasn't. The workers were very unprofessional all talking on there phones no gloves listening to music. No order what's so ever. The girl up front told me the food was cooking and would be coming out any min. waited 10 min just standing there asked what was going on and she looked confused waited a total of 20min for them to tell me sorry were going to make it now. I walked out never again this place is a joke. need a Manager that actually cares and is on top of all the young workers there.

I understand that the workers were very busy. I could visibly see that they were inundated with orders. The app showed my order was delivered when it was not. I drove to the location to see what was wrong. I was told the food was still being made. I was told I would receive a refund. Then another person who I presume to be a manager told me I would not receive a refund. I chose to wait for the food because my family was hungry and had been waiting for two hours for this food. I waited and saw two delivery drivers come and go and still my food was not ready. I decided to let it go because they were very busy. What I can not forgive is as I finally walked out with my order I could hear someone mocking me in a childish voice saying I wanted a refund for my food. This is unacceptable especially since I added a tip to online order. I will be calling someone at corporate to speak in person with someone. I don't care who you are, you don't treat paying customers like that.

All Deliveries and Carry-outs are Contactless, We also have the Domino's Car Side Delivery where we can bring your dinner to your car. All surfaces and touch points are cleaned and sanitized every hour. All employees wear Masks. Only one custormer per time inside the store.
I'm not giving them any excuses but sometimes they're short of drivers you should have cancelled your order
