I got an IUD put in March 9th 2022 I had made an appointment they took over an hour after the start time to actually get me back and then they tried to tell me they didn’t have time to do an IUD they ended up doing it but was so rushed didn’t explain anything to me about it or how to check if it’s there or any info on the birth control. Yesterday March 20th I went to the bathroom and the iud had completely fallen out I caught it after going pee when I wiped. I think this totally could have been avoided if they had done there job correctly and answered all my questions not rush me or the procedure I even went to the ER March 20th and they confirmed it was placed wrong and my body had pushed out the IUD if the IUD would’ve been placed right this wouldn’t have happened now I’m experiencing heavy bleeding and cramping never coming here again!!!!

I’ve been here 3 times and every visit was very comfortable and quick! They were helpful with every question I had. Today I got my IUD and Dr Lauren was veryyyyy patient and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this place!
