The staff are all really great! Only 1 doctor though so I spent around 3 1/2 hours there, mostly waiting for the doctor who was very helpful. The 3 stars is because of the long wait time. Please note, I had an appointment also.

Nice group of people working there. They are all friendly, all accommodating, helpfully, knowledgeable, and trying to get their clients get their things done quickly. Nice clean building, clean restrooms, even though they are so busy, but things move quickly. There is waiting time , not because they are slow, or don't care, but because so many clients keep coming., So the line build really quick. Best suggestions visit this place as early in the day as you can. Thanks to all of them for helping their clients, and for being friendly, What I saw , and I what i observed here is a good combinations for a successful business.

Great customer service. All the employees are really nice and professional, even with the large amount of patients they were helping. There was a wait, but they made the process of everything run very smoothly. They know what they're doing.

The front desk woman was very helpful and super sweet. She used kind gestures and helped with my paperwork. Once the nurse called me back, she was more stern and made me feel really uncomfortable. She gave me thins to do without actual instructions. Then to top that off she was doing her nails while doing my tests. (eye test ect). She was putting some oils on her nails while telling me what to do. When she left me in the room she didn't even close the door behind her. The doctor came in, asking me questions. He seemed a bit confused but he was nice in general. He too was helpful because he walked me over to the physical therapy section for my second part of the exam. There that nurse and doctor were super amazing. The doctor demonstrated everything I needed to do, he was vocal and took his time. He made sure I was comfortable and he was encouraging.
