Asked for price of oil change for specific model/year vehicle. Customer service rep was unable to quote exact price despite there being essentially no variables in the process (oil, filter, time). Build trust by answering simple questions precisely. Actual work was done fine, and fairly quickly (about 1.5h)

Joe Torres and his team at Evergreen Chevrolet are amazing! I drove in without an appointment after losing partial engine power while on the road. I was fully prepared to be without my car for a few days but Joe was able to get me back on the road the same day! The best part was he went to bat for me and was able to get it all covered under warranty! Will definitely be servicing my car here for all future needs! Thank you Joe!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would I came to pick up a vehicle from them to transport 1 car I was severely disrespected Buy one of the employees Tony Rehn who now through reading other comments I found out was the GM which shocks me even more it was completely unprovoked and uncalled for and done because I’m black and he had the audacity and Felt as though he could talk to me that way The unprofessionalism is appalling I was there to do a job I stayed calm, kind and professional as any business person should be. I was called out and yelled at in front of the whole showroom floor like a child and told to get out. I will not stand for it. I am going to be filing a formal complaint someone like that shouldn’t be dealing with people at all and I hope that his superiors read all of the complaints about him and take action because things like this should not be accepted in an establishment with a name as big as Chevrolet. They should be ashamed to have someone like him representing there brand.

The "Service Vehicle Soon" light on my 2015 Spark EV came on followed by a notification in the My Chevrolet App indicating there was a problem with the Lithium Ion Battery and I needed to schedule service immediately. Knowing the battery was still under warranty, I scheduled service at Evergreen Chevrolet. They had successfully diagnosed and fixed a previous charging issue, so I was confident they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, on the morning of my appointment, the warning light on went off. Over the next several days, I was notified that they were not able to determine the cause of the warning light, and since they could not find and address a specific problem, I would have to pay for the diagnostic service out of pocket. So at the end of the day I was without the use of my car for 5 days and had to pay $222 for essentially nothing. Not the best experience. I still have faith that the Evergreen Chevrolet service people are competent, but this latest visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I think this is more of a GM warranty policy problem than an Evergreen Chevrolet problem, but I will think twice about scheduling service when told to do so by the My Chevrolet App unless the car is having serious drivability issues.
