Had the worst experience, staffs need to be trained on customer service. Ordered pink drink and it wasn't capped securely so spilled all over the floor, on my shoes, pants. They re-made my drink missing strawberries, when I finally got someone to help, only received 3 small pieces of dried strawberries and some dirty looks from the staff. All of these happened without any apologies from them. Like everyone else's experience, staffs do not help you if you go inside the store.

Really slow service in this Starbucks. Seems like the baristas prefer drive through orders rather than in person. Avoid this Starbucks unless you can order ahead (at least 30 mins) or using the drive thru.

This Starbucks is a convenient location but every single time I have been here they never have what I am ordering. They are always out of everything. If you visit this Starbucks always have a second choice on the menu already picked out because your first choice will likely not be available.

The bathrooms were filthy and the staff didn't seem to care when they were told how bad they were. The tables in the main sitting area also needed to be wiped down, as they had crumbs and coffee stains on them. Perhaps it was just a busy day when I visited, but it definitely could have used some cleaning up. The location is good, drinks were as expected, view is nice too.

Show ur receipt explain problem nicely, and then ask/tell them what u would like them to do Hopefully u have an employee + GM that cares Service is unpredictable in wa They don't like it when the 1800# is called always write the names down it helps to pinpt who and solve Hope it helps
