Beware! Do not try to do business with this place. The clerk doesn't know his back from his front. I took my vacuum there to be looked at, the man called after 1 day and said it was fixed. My husband picked it up and paid $65 and brought it home. It was not working. My husband called and took it back. They kept it 10 days and said it was being taken to Rochester where the head guy was. I had to go there in person and ask where my vacuum was because they would not answer the phone or return my messages. My vacuum was right there, but they must have forgotten to call me. The guy said it could not be fixed. What a stupid hassel. At first he said he had no such vacuum until I produced the receipt. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Working with Brad and team was a top notch experience. I had a Dyson Vacuum that was giving me problems. Brad immediately knew the issues and resolved quickly at a good price. We picked up the vacuum and I am SHOCKED at how much better it is working. I neglected the upkeep and for a few dollars we saw a huge increase in performance. I would recommend the Supervacuums team to anyone looking for a new vacuum or work on their existing one.

My vacuum needed service and Dave gave it a once over and its great again. The repair was very inexpensive and quick. I didn't want to be without my vacuum long and within a day it was done. thanks Dave.
