Bad customer service. They are not try to do busses with you. This is a scam. The first thing they do is to collect all your personal information through check-in, email, phone number, everything . Then, they will ask you wait for 1 hour and not buy your item. I would rather throw away than coming here.

I would not recommend this store for selling your kids clothing. 1 year ago, I brought in a large bag with many pieces of clothes in lightly used condition. They gave me $80 for this bag. Yesterday I brought them an even bigger bag of lightly used clothes. They are offering me $27 and when I told them I’d rather just have the clothes back they told me since I signed their document, all the clothes had been priced and put out for sale already. The manager called me back and told me there was nothing she could do and that this time 18 pieces of clothing were selected and the rest donated. I sorted all the clothes for them setting aside half of one bin for more weathered clothing. I had way more than 18 pieces of clothing in excellent condition. ( the manager told me they sort the clothes in better lighting and maybe this is how I missed the true condition of the clothing) They donated the rest. I told the manager I was upset and her response was to wait in store next time. The two times I have gone in; they were not busy and told me there was a little over 2 hours of wait time, but if you leave the store, they will process the clothes after the others waiting in store and give you an offer in a couple of days (same scenario, they can donate all of your kids clothes if they want, without you being able to get clothes back). Who has time to wait around in the store for 2+ hours? Lost all trust for the people running this place and I also feel like I got ripped off. Another thing about this store, they make you sort the clothes in the bins for them. Kind of confusing that it takes so long to go through clothes when it has already been laid out for the owners employees by the customer.

Excellent prices, clothes are always in great conditions and they have a huge variety for all kids ages, also they have sports clothes and equipment.
