I've lived in my apartment for almost a year now and in the time I've been here the 8 dryers provided in the on site laundry facility, an included benefit of our lease, have stopped working. The laundromat is infested with roaches that haven't been properly taken care of and the owner and maintenance is slow to reply to any request if a reply is given at all. In unit laundry is NOT provided and the on site laundry that is included in our lease doesn't work. How are we supposed to clean clothes? We should NOT have to go to another laundromat to wash our clothes every day.

They are not low income based. But yes, you have to earn a specific amount to qualify.
Yes, we allow pets. There is a $350 non refundable pet fee for pet one and $200 for pet 2. Pet rent is $25 per month each. We allow dogs up to 50 lbs, no aggressive breeds, all pets must have vet records showing weight, breed and all vaccinations as current.
