I moved in several months ago and I've been nothing but pleased from my choice to move to Siena Suwanee Town Center. Management is on their game at all times and the leasing office ladies always have something fun planned for the residents. Billy and Francisco are very attentive to keeping the property looking pristine and assisting promptly with any maintenance requests. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a great apartment and experience!

Yes it is noisy due to the apartment being situated less than 100 yards away and parallel to a railroad track; directly between 2 crossings. You can hear the train front, back, and sideways - everywhere - rolling through your bedroom at 4 A.M. To boast that the horn of a diesel locomotive- let alone the rumble of 4 -100+ ton engines plus additional cars - can't penetrate drywall and particle board is a bit of a stretch. Perhaps the exemplary construction professed previously uses some space age materials that defy sound.
Yes! All apartments include full size GE washer and dryers. Depending on the floor plan, they will either be side by side or stackable front loaders.
Yes! We are located within walking distance of Suwanee Town Center Park. Suwanee Town Center has many restaurants including Tequila Mama, Ippolito's, Mellow Mushroom, Golden Seven, Cafe Amico, Planet Smoothie, Brown Bag Deli, Ritas, Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream, and a lot more!
We clean the breezeways every week and the building stairwells are also on a schedule. If you see anything that needs our attention, please let us know.
