My family have been living here for three years. It was a decent place staying while waiting to buy our home. We never had any major problems until recently!!! BEWARE! Aug 10 this year I left home and came back an hour and 30 mins later to discover someone came in my apartment and took my 2.85 carat engagement ring off my dresser in my room. I always leave it in the same spot because I do not like wearing it in The gym.My husband was at work and daughter was at school. I filed a police report and went to the rent office. Tamara stated that they only have one maintenance man and she knew he wouldn’t do an act like that. Which maybe true, but someone from Artisan station who had access to my apartment took it. I also called corporate and talked to a gentleman and he stated he was going to investigate, however, we in Sept and I never got a call. I told him that I seen maintenance coming out the apartment in front of mine. I asked the lady did she have a maintenance order, she said no! Corporate gentleman stated that Tamera never stated to him that I saw the guy coming out of that apartment. Plus, my next door neighbor stated that she had to place a police report 6 months ago due to someone coming in her apartment and taking her jewelry.Please make sure all your expensive things are insured. Other than that we never had any major problems!

I can't say enough good things about living here but I'll break things down for people looking for the best apartment living around. I've been at Artisan Station for 2 yrs now and I find this place such a wonderful place to call home. It's a safe community. The gates stay closed until you approach and use your gate key to enter and they close quickly behind you. Allowing no tailgating to occur. Bonus! You don't have to worry about your safety here if your a single female. That's a plus. The head Manager over maintance Jessie is always on top of things. Jessie goes above and beyond to see to whatever your need is and fixing any issue that arises so fast. I'm always amazed. His work is EXCELLENT QUALITY. The office staff Saira and Hannah are so kind and considerate and caring. I've never been disappointed with any of the office staff past or present in my 2 yrs. The leasing manager Tamara is truly on top of her game. She is a perfect mixture of professionalism and kindness rolled into one package and she's so generous with her time. Tamara always helps you when there's anything you need help with. She takes the time to really listen to everyones needs. She's truly an outstanding Leasing Manager. I'm proud to live here and the ammentities here are perfect: the amazing pool, the barbecue grilling by the poolside, the gym, the inside dog grooming area and the dog park. This is a perfect place to come home too. I highly recommend this place to anyone either single, married or with a family. Perfect 10 stars Valarie Ann

August 2022 I wrote the below review shortly after moving to Artisan in the Fall of last year. At the time I had been living / caring for my mother who lives in the residential area behind the Artisan. Meaning i did not look at any other apartments I wanted to be near her. Well my lease is up this month and during my time here my mother sold her house and moved to an independent living facility so I could easily look around and find another apartment Instead, I renewed and asked for a 12 year lease. I really like living here. All the staff, and I mean all, are professional and friendly and learn your name. I have had very few maintenance issues but they have been addressed right away There are a mix of ages here, with a lot of families with young kids. I live near the pool and worried that noise from pool visitors would bother me. But it has not at all been a problem, even if people are celebrating a birthday or something. It has been a long time since I lived in an apartment and I was younger and in Texas. The thing that strikes me here is how on a Friday or Saturday night either walking my dogs or just coming from the parking lot, even at 9pm or 10pm it is peaceful. So I guess I would say the people who live at Artisan are Adults in every sense of the word Again I want to thank Tamara who runs this property for her professionalism and leadership because everyone who works for her reflects that. I would list all the amenities here but that is easy to find. I personally like the dog spa, it is something not always offered. I therefore renew my 5 star review! Nov 2021 I moved into the Artisan at Suwanee yesterday. My situation was a little unique and I began looking for an apartment at the Artisan about two months ago. I had to wait until this week due to the one apartment I wanted not being available until now. The amenities are great a car wash they are very very dog friendly they have a dog spa the pool looks lovely although it’s a little cold for me to try now. I feel safe here due to a number of factors including that it is a gated community. I cannot say enough about the office staff’s customer service. I Worked with Brittani Maria and Tamara the Office manager. Due to my unique situation Tamra helped me find a program that helped with the first months security deposit. Each time I visit the office they remember my name and my mothers name who was also with me most of the time. Since I’ve moved in they’ve been super helpful. Altho my 1 BR apartment is small it is lovely and the bathroom and the bedroom are spacious even though it’s a small one bedroom apartment. A few odds and end things that need to be fixed that I’ve noticed over the last 24 hours have been promptly responded to. I have not yet used all of the amenities but that There were so many of them was a big reason I moved here. If Customer Service, amenities galore and a lovely and safe environment are important to you I recommend the Artisan.
