This store associate lied to me regarding canceling my line. The associate did not cancel my line when i visited the store to cancel and when i went back to the store regarding charges they diverted me to their customer services phone number. Where i learned that they have never canceled the line up until i visit them in the store today. So my advice is to be truthful to your customer and don’t lie….

It was a great experience, Danielle greeted me seconds after opening the door, very knowledgeable, great patience, eye contact, all questions were answered professionally. Actually the whole crew was great at 3630 Peachtree Pkwy AT&T, that's my new store, Thanks Danielle!

Came in trying to add a new phone to my line for my sister Paul assisted me and when I tell you my experience was top notch. Super easy explained everything thoroughly and had me in and out. Will be returning to this location just because of paul!
