Thanks to all the staff for making my mother feel at home and well cared for since her recent move-in. Everyone has been helpful and eager to be sure her needs are met. Jessica has gone above and beyond to create great programming. She took the time to make enlarged Bingo cards, so that my mom could participate with her limited eyesight. Jermaine has been so helpful in getting mom's apartment set up to her liking. He came multiple times until he satisfied my mom with the water pressure in her shower! All the concierge staff have been supportive, reading menus and activity calendars, arranging transportation, and generally being positive and welcoming. Mother is impressed with the quality of services. She loves her apartment, is happy with the programs, and loves the meal quality and selection.

Working in the healthcare industry for many years, Heartis Suwanee is a definite 5 star!! Such a beautiful community and lovely residents! What stood out to me the most was the warmth and hospitality of their staff. Jessica, their Activities Director is Amazing! She's energetic, has a kind heart, only wanting the very best for the residents. I'm excited to work along side the Activities Department and Heartis staff as we at Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care hosts their Veterans Day Event. It's been a sincere joy working with Activities Director, Jessica Ingram, and Lead Director, Drew Williams, at Heartis in a volunteer teaching capacity. Receptionist Shirley as well! They are always cheerful & helpful in administration. And very timely in response time and communications. The residents are delightful. Clean facilities and very engaged in the community. I highly recommend Heartis Suwanee!
