Great place to live! I moved from downtown Nashville after wanting something more quiet and relaxed. It is exactly what I wanted. The maintenance team is always quick and precise and the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Couldn't recommend them more!

Kendra was our leasing agent in Dec 2021 when we first visited and when we finally leased beginning Jan 2022. We're retired, plan to stay here a long time. Great team with best response times we've experienced. We used to be homeowners, and have never regretted moving to Cadence. Really like the weight room and the outdoor grills that are so convenient. We've also met many residents (and some really nice dogs too) by just relaxing in the table area near the pool many evenings.

I love this community - convenient to everything - hop on I-65 in minutes. Kendra was my leasing consultant when I moved here in December, and she was so friendly and attentive. The maintenance staff is so quick to fix any issues in your apartment home. I highly recommend living here.

Yes, each apartment home has a garbage disposal in the kitchen.
Parking is open and unassigned unless the resident rents a detached garage. Prices for the garages start at $200/month.
Work orders may be submitted online, directly to the office, or through the emergency on-call system.
To tour our apartment community, you will need to be over the age of 18 with a valid photo ID. Additionally, an appointment is appreciated, but we do our best to accommodate walk-in tour requests as well.
There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet, $150 for the second.
Yes, we do require renter's insurance with a $300k liability minimum.
Income must be at least 2.7x the monthly rent.

Anannya, as close as Cadence is to many Cool Springs businesses finding an Uber should be easy any time of day. During later hours some prior planning would be necessary, as all of Franklin tends to "shut down."
