Had really great experience with Israel Hernandez at Franklin Kubota while purchasing my B2601 with a loader and mower deck. Have been having real troubles finding anyone with that combination of tractor. Left a request for a quote thru their web site in the morning and they responded by afternoon with exactly what I wanted. Great service! I give them 6 out of 5 stars for making the process easy. Purchased the unit on sight, not going to let it get away from me.

A great experience. Was shopping several dealers and I really wanted a cab. They had a L4060 LE cab HST. The salesman Israel made a phenomenal quote out of the gate and instantly earned my trust. We worked a few extra things out along the way with no issues. Had to wait a lil longer than I wanted for the tractor to be assembled since it was still palletized. Even after yhe sale Israel has helped me with parts etc since the Limited Edition doesn't come with mirrors, cruise, work lights, but they all have the wiring just have to be good at doing it yourself. Thanks again Israel 💯 would reccomend.

Depending on the emergency I would call the police. After that I would just wait till they 0pen and resolve any issues then.
