Not only is this place extremely overpriced, they are scam artists. I signed up for a one year membership on a tiny little handheld device in-person. Didn't get any papers to read or have for my records. They hide in the fine print that your membership will "auto-renew" after the contract expires. Extremely deceptive. I've been being charged for a few years of membership and just realized. They also make it not only extremely difficult to cancel membership but also charge you to cancel! What a racket! Check out their Better Business Bureau ratings: it's one star with dozens of complaints about this same issue. Now Eric the manager is dodging and not returning my calls. Despicable. BEWARE!!!

I travel all over North America for work and finding a local gym is first on my to do list. 425 Fitness was well equipped, clean and the staff welcomed me and my workmates like we were long time members. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been going to this gym for several years. Staff has been tremendously helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well kept. The salt water pool is why I chose this gym over others. The water is better on your hair and skin as apposed to a chlorinated pool. Pool users have great etiquette and are good people who will usually offer to let you share their lane if they see you are waiting to swim laps. This gym seems to be used by friendly everyday people who just want to keep or get healthy. No gym ponies who are just there to be seen. I see people who have made friends at the gym and enjoy encouraging each other and having a chat around the machines. All in all best gym and vibe I have ever had at a facility.

This is a good quality Gym. Nice facilities, nice staff, great place to work out. My only gripe is they've gotten pretty lax with their mask policy. Every day ~50% of the patrons seem to either be maskless or not wearing one properly. My membership is month-to-month through my employer and if the problem gets worse I'll probably switch to another gym & cancel my membership here.

I've talked with them on the phone several times. They have zero plans to open earlier than 5am. I'm cancelling my membership because of it.
You'll likely have to reach out to ABC Financial, they handle 425 Fitness' memberships. I had to go through them to cancel my membership and it was a nightmare to deal with them.
No
Our pools are salt water, however the salt is used to produce chlorine. the pool is consistently around 4 to 5 part per million, ideal chlorine levels are between 3-5 ppm. we rarely need to add additional chemicals because our operating system maintains good water chemistry. If Chemicals are needed, we use sodium bicarb (like baking soda) to increase PH and Alkalinity and Calcium chloride to maintain proper water hardness. We have an acid system that is used to decrease PH when it rises toward unsafe levels. if the pool would ever fall out of safe water chemistry it would be immediately closed, however nothing like that has happened recently.
Hi Fred - nothing has changed but let me send this to the GM and Operations Director. 425 Fitness Marketing
As of right now we aren't looking at extending our current hours. However as more members return we will definitely look into expanding our times!
Bummer. I'm going to have to find a new gym/workout strategy.
Yes, don't know the times, suggest you call them
Hi Meredith - we have a couple options on membership, from month-to-month; annual agreement and if you want to add Redmond as a club option. These memberships range from $49 to $69 plus tax. The pool is generally kept around 82 degrees and is a salt-pool. There are always two lanes open for lap swim. Kids lessons start in the afternoon and there is family swim from 12-3 on Sundays. All classes are open and included in the membership except Studio classes which are HIIT/Functional training. But yoga, cycle, Les Mills, Zumba and Water are included with the membership. You are welcome to stop in for a tour! Currently with the new state guidelines our classes and swim lessons are suspended - we will open on August 17th if you would like to come in and tour the facility.
We didn’t close down. We are still owned by John Hamilton who has owned the clubs since the opened. We decided we could better serve our members as a locally-owned and operated business and as such have re-branded to 425 Fitness.
I'm with Steve. I've been a member since they opened and although I rarely interact with the evening staff the morning and midday staff are generally friendly.
