The staff are so rude when you call to schedule appointments. Wondering if he knows this. I'm an older person and have never been spoken to in this manner. She doesn't even listen to why and when you need to schedule appointments. She was so rude that she HANG UP the phone. I hope Dr. should read all the comments.

Dr Iyer and his NP are very knowledgeable and caring. However the current Front office staff lacks in customer service and friendliness unlike the previous staff I have dealt with in the past. It's unfortunate.
