I have some gum issues and some bone loss. I have gotten my first abscess in one of my teeth that was excruciating pain wise. I was referred to a different location and not treated well at all. I called Denton county oral surgery And the girl who answered the phone was so very kind and listened to me because I was upset and crying. She did make me an appointment for 1 o’clock the same day. I came in for my appointment and they treated me like I was a patient there for years. They were professional, everyone was kind, and the doctor was very educational and gave me all of my options and explained everything. He was very open, treated me like a person. Everything turned out wonderful and I would recommend this Office. It was the best dental visit I have ever had, and I am 51. I felt so Comfortable. Thank you to everyone that helped me today in this office and made it so easy for me

One wisdom tooth extraction this morning. Very professional care and service beginning with informative consultation and including personal call from surgeon this afternoon to follow up that I was not having any problems. 10 Stars.

I almost wish I needed oral surgery! This entire office was beyond amazing. From the front desk, to the financial office, to the doctors and nurses. My daughter was terrified of having to have her wisdom teeth removed (more afraid of the needle to put her under actually! :) ) and everyone there made her feel so comfortable. They were beyond professional. When I had an issue with our pharmacy filling her prescription, they got on the phone right then to clear it up. When she developed a dry socket, Dr. Ruchi Dhameja met us in the office on a SUNDAY morning! I have been shouting from the rooftops how incredible everyone here is. If you need any sort of oral work done, this is the place to go! Thank you so much Dr. R. Dhameja and staff!
