One bedroom “upgrade”and paying over $1500 God forbid life happens and you’re a week late on rent. Decent place but way too expensive. First time late in 2 years and got 5 day warning to pay or get tf out pretty much.

I lived in 126 C (bottom floor) for 5 years. The apartment flooded 3 times, they never fixed the carpet. They told me the sink backed up in my bathroom with what looked like fecal matter because they claimed I was pouring used grease down my tub. Worst management and the women in the office were rude. The internet wiring was horrible, even Comcast says Coopers place refuses to replace components, my apartment was nothing like I was shown. Living here GREATLY affects your quality of life. Also, my ceiling caved in from them letting a leak go for 2 weeks after I informed them. Ruined electronics and they refused to compensate, because "We currently don't have a regional supervisor so there's nothing we're able to do." I even called corporate and they were just as useless. Please, under no circumstances affect your quality of life and move in here. Did I mention they tried to tow my car because when I moved in they never gave me a parking pass, and on my off days they told me "my car has been here for 2 days so we're towing it" when thre associate who filed the paperwork NEVER took my car information down. Horrible horrible company. I have pictures and video still if anyone would like to see the negligence they have for their residents.

Do not live here. To not get into too much detail 1. SECURITY DEPOSIT FRAUD!! They will try to make you pay for stains and damages from previous tenants (please read below if you experienced this too) A) Apartment was so messy when I moved in I had to push back the move in date 2 weeks so they could actually clean it 2. When you move out they charge you a fee for flea treatment (this is not in the lease and after talking to other tenants the charge is different per person and not a flat rate fee) 3. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES 4. MOLD! (That they fail to fix) 5. Front desk is unresponsive My time here was regretful. And in regards to the security deposit fraud. If you’ve experienced this after living here- please reach out. I am seeking legal action.

I hope the pictures help. Two of them are screenshots of my videos. I have 2 videos where rats runaway across the hallway and the kitchen cabinet. There are more occasions where I've seen them running, but I didn't have the camera with me. There are some pictures of rats caught in the traps, but not all of them are in the photo, some of them were just thrown away immediately. There have been three pest control visits within the last few weeks, and I can assure you none of them were effective. On the latest visit, they check marked few things on their paper, and left two really old fashioned rat trap. I even bought my own sticky rat traps, because those are the only effective ones. As a bonus, I have a picture of cockroach caught in the trap as well. All I'm asking is an apartment with no rodents and no cockroaches. I really don't think I'm asking for a lot here. I've been calling leasing office few times lately due to the frequent rodent noises/appearances, they sound really bothered, too. I'm just tired of seeing the rodents and getting paranoid by rodent noises. I even put a foil( it seems ineffective as I just saw another one running across) on my room, kitchen and next to the fridge, too. Sincerely, Please reconsider.
