I've been a resident here since the beginning of 2021 and i've moved into an upgraded unit and i can finally say I LOVE MY NEW HOME! I most definitely recommend moving here :)

Quiet neighborhood. Not worth the stay. When I first moved in, my AC was broken, they then came to fix it two weeks after, thinking it was fix. A year after someone else came in to check it and apparently it wasn’t fixed at all. Lived here for two years and management changes every year. Got my car broken into a couple times and management says there’s nothing they can do about it, it’s out of their hands. Outdoor lights gets broken time to time. Aside from all that it’s okay but not worth paying so much money trying to fix my windows time to time and it doesn’t get resolve. Not worth it!

Wonderful calm and peaceful place to live. The scenery is pleasant and the neighborhood is beautiful. What are you waiting on. Move in.

Rip off! They will charge you for "blackout dates" even if you move out you will still have to pay half of next months rent!! They tried to trick me into signing a 1-year lease although I said I need a 2-month lease 100 times!! AC was not working when I moved in and it took more than 2 weeks for them to get it fixed. Then it broke again after a month. Total scam!
