I called today trying to get information about a 1 bedroom and was texted by “someone” from the company by the name of Lisa. She told me that rent started out at $620+ a month and that I needed to call the office to schedule a tour. So, I called the office to schedule a tour and it turns out that Lisa is a “virtual assistant”. Also, rent starts at $775 for a 1 bedroom. When I mentioned this to the gentleman who answered the phone his answers were short and rude. Do not have your virtual assistant tell people one price and then jack it up $150 over the phone. Give out correct leasing information, because this is false advertising. Also, don’t be incredibly rude to potential tenants. That’s bad business and I will be taking my search elsewhere.

I lived here in 2019-2020, I rented a 2b 1 bath ( my rent was$750-$775 I didn't pay more than $800.00 lol ) My place was actually pretty decent for the money, NO BUGS, NO MICE, didnt really see spiders. The only issue with this place was TRASH EVERY WHERE !! smh it was terrible, I remember them bringing in a grounds keeper the trash on the ground was so bad I use to hate coming home sometimes.. I felt like i lived in the projects LMAO oh and my car got broken into , I happened to numerous of cars , the office told us to file police reports it was some kids in the neighborhood. This place would be ok if they kept up with the TRASH and had security

I just wish I could give this place a 0! I’ve been a resident here since 2019 and recently moved into a 2b 01/2021, since then I’ve ran into nothing but problems and management refuses to fix them! Ive put in MULTIPLE work orders and each one is also sent back as “solved” even tho no one has came out to fix them ! Every few weeks/months I don’t have hot water, there is mold growing under the sinks, the cabinets are literally falling apart, the bathroom floor is totally disgusting no matter how much I try to clean it , my packages have been stolen since there is no longer a safe place for our packages to go, I have to call 10+ time to even spoke to someone only to be lied to ! on top of all that they always make sure they send out a monthly reminder to pay rent on time. I honestly can’t wait to move !

I recently started renting here and I love it! I've got a 2 bedroom unit and the rent is fair for the space that I have. I needed a place to move in fast, and they were able to get me a unit in a timely fashion. The day I moved in, not only was I greeted with an apartment warming gift (little laundry basket, laundry detergent, plastic bags, dish soap, etc), I was also entered into their October raffle (that included a new pot and pan set and a couple other kitchen items). The office staff, Cody and Julia, are friendly and I always feel welcomed whenever I have to run into the office. I did have a couple maintenance requests when I first moved in, and their guys came out quick, were friendly the whole time, and did a great job. Google Fiber is already installed and ready to go! Plus, a bonus for me is how accessible the highways are from here.They even have a fenced in area for your dog(s) to run around in, and living in an apartment it's hard to find a yard type environment for your animals. I highly recommend this place!
