By far the worst management I have ever experienced. Countless instances of not caring about resident's requests, maintenance issues that never go away/never addressed after DOZENS of complaints. The worst staff that acts nice up front but never gets any work done and doesn't explain themselves either. Never live here.

New property manager is amazing. She is getting things addressed that have been an issue since I moved in. Great location but keep in mind that it is an old building. No regrets over my last year spent here, and if this new property manager had started sooner then I would be renewing my lease instead of moving.

We’ve been here for about a month now.. the apartment complex is older, yes, so wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The apartment we have is alright, not great, but it suffices. My biggest issue right now is with management. They are NEVER available - I’ve sent texts and emails asking questions or just to voice some concerns and I hardly ever get any response. The only way to get a response is to go directly to the office which half the time is closed or the manager isn’t even there! Just overall disappointed. I don’t expect perfect but AT LEAST the bare minimum -_-

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It seems like it could be a good place to live… But don’t let the pictures online fool you. I’ve lived here for about four years. There have been issues through multiple management companies and the turnover is insane. I did not have air-conditioning on and off the entire time I’ve lived here. Most recently we didn’t have air-conditioning from October 2020 through July 2021. They were having shipping issues allegedly to get the air conditioning units to us. And May and June were some of the hottest months that we’ve had with temperatures in the hundreds. My apartment was consistently 79 to 87° for three months. I was supposed to have air-conditioning at the end of June. I reached out after they said they fixed it more than one time to multiple people and put work orders in. And no one ever contacted me. I had to physically go in the office and sit there until someone help me for them to actually get it fixed. Most people had their air conditioning fixed by the end of June and received a $150 credit for June and July. Which would have covered the May month that was missed without air-conditioning. Since I had an additional month without air-conditioning which was not the fault of my own I did not receive the full amount due to me for a full 3 months without air-conditioning. I asked more than one time and allegedly they cannot get the approval to give me the extra $150. Honestly, the poor customer service and overall lack of empathy for poor living conditions is inexcusable. Also, the interior and amenities of the building are not up to par. The gym equipment needs to be fixed people have gotten hurt because the pins in the machines are crooked and don’t always function properly. I’ll attach photos so you can see what it’s like. They always say that you can “contact them”via email in these reviews and normally you don’t get a response and they just beat around the bush and actually don’t do anything so don’t even bother. I would say the only positive of this place is the location and the maintenance and custodial staff is excellent.

Questions & Answers

Who do you call to have a vehicle removed from your paid garage parking spot at 11:04PM. I pay for covered garage parking for more than one reason, first being I get home late and can’t find parking, second I like to have my car behind a gate.

Sadly most state and local laws require the Vehicle to be tagged and be parked for a set amount of time before being able to be towed. I'd email the office with pictures and maybe call maintenance.
