Great apartments at an awesome price (especially compared to the overpriced umkc on-campus housing). Maintenance is fast and will get any issues fixed quickly. It is on a quiet street and has a gate so unwanted foot traffic is minimal. Eva is a superstar property manager. Couldn't recommend it more

The bluffs is well maintained and is a resident first community. I am always greeted with a warm smile and if I have an issue (had a couple of small ones) i.e. light bulbs and window draft they were very timely and responsive to my needs. I have had the opportunity to reside in another community managed by the current team in the KC area and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The manager is kind, pleasant and always has the “resident first” mentality. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thanks again staff!!!!
