Terrible apartment complex. At the end of our lease, they never did a walkthrough, they promised our $400 deposit back. After we moved, weeks went by with no response. We said oh well and moved on without getting our deposit back. We felt like it really wasn’t worth the hassle. Then we get a letter in the mail from a collection agency demanding we pay for the damages in the apartment. THERE WERE NO DAMAGES!! If you get desperate enough to live there, do not leave the apartment until you do a walkthrough and sign off on the agreed paperwork. Don’t get scammed like we did.

I don't live here. I had considered it until I read that they require your cat, if you have one, to be declawed. Perhaps they don't realize what declawing actually is? So, declawing is the removal of the first bone on a cats digit. Think of it as the removal of the tips of your fingers(down to the first joint) Because that's exactly what it is. 👎

Horrible!! Don't do it.. I get it if you're on a budget and I did it and was there for 4 years. The finishes are outdated and nasty no matter how much you scrub it's still dirty. I took pictures of like 20 cigarette burns in my carpet, the carpet should have been replaced and it wasn't. The very worst problem that I had during my four years there was that they don't is an insecticides and spray around the building. So you have daddy long legs and fruit fly infestations.
