A small neighborhood park with a waterfall feature people can play in. Lots of seating (benches, carved rock). Wheelchair accessible. Room for children to run and play or to have your lunch or tea. Plenty of shaded areas.

So far this is definitely my favorite fountain for the kids to play. It’s in the beautiful Pearl and is a beautiful park. Yes sketchy characters every now and then just like every other park downtown but every time I come nobody is disturbing the place. The water completely drains about every 20 minutes so I’m sure it’s more on the cleaner side. Super fun and safe for smaller kids. Lots of shade to chill in and even just get your feet wet.

Water feature is great for kids of all ages. Plentiful shade and a grassy area full of picnics and families. Perfect place for a quick water break.

I don't get the whole appeal of this park; it's tiny and boring. Definitely not the coolest park in town and is overrated and really small. Go to Washington Park if you must stay west of the Willamette. Laurelhearst Park is also beautiful if you can travel a short distance to visit.

Yes it is
Yeah it was on just today when I walked through.
Yes water running. Really nice on hot days
It has different settings. One fills up. One does a raging waterfall. One does a slow fill up with a slow waterfall. They do this so that the water goes through the "filter" to get out debris and helps to keep the water from spreading ecoli from people letting their babies in the water with diapers.
Im assuming Portland parks and recreation department maintain the park. Or central city concern clean and safe who clean downtown.
