Stayed here for 3 months. First week there was homicide across the street. Second week, my car was broken into. Contacted division terrace to have a different parking space since I was paying an additional 200+ a month for a parking spot, that is not secure. There’s a sign that says the parking has surveillance camera, but when asked to view the footage, they said there is no cameras. During the 3 months 2 additional car on the parking lot was also broken into, and a strange cars with no license plates started parking inside too. This resulted in another sign they posted about towing cars without permit. Impossible to reach management, there is no leasing office on location, and I called them 3x without any call back. Location is nice though but other than that, I can’t recommend. Glass shards was sitting next to my car for 3 months since no one cleaned it up.

Actually, there is no “concierge coffee and latte bar”.
Yes, each apartment home comes with a dishwater, gas stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and washer and dryer.
We do not have a swimming pool or hot tub on site.
While we do not have an onsite fitness center, we are very close Mt. Tabor Park. We have bicycles that you can check out and enjoy a bike ride for exercise or visiting all the Division Street hot spots! We also have a secure bike room where you can store your bikes for any offsite rides!
Pets are more than welcome to join our community as we understand they are a part of the family, however, we do have a 2 pet limit. For more information please reach out to our leasing team!
