Not helpful at all called customer service and tried to reinstate two accounts I made online I had information on both account for me and my husband I was making the monthly payments I submitted to everything they needed and I had full access to the accounts and refused and would not help me out in anyway never sent me a single letter that my accounts were closing

Customer service is hit or miss. Today it was a large miss. I'm not sure what people don't understand about customer service and how to provide it correctly. It's pretty simple: be kind and answer questions to the best of your knowledge. If you can't do so, find someone who can.

My wife has cancer. WE had Moda through ACA (Obamacare). I cannot say enough good things about this company and their staff. Through nearly $1m dollars of surgery, radiation, immunotherapy and so much more , there was never and argument about payment, co-pays or necessity. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Those who have read some of my other reviews know I can be hard to please. Thank you Moda!

I have a had a horrible time with this insurance company and find their customer service a perfect example of what is broken in this country's health care system (they use the method of wearing people out so they will just end up paying). I was quoted that my co-pay would be half of what they are charging me. For months I've tried to have them investigate the initial call (and Marketplace plan that I signed up for) I had that quoted me this, and for months they've strung me along, telling me they will call me back in two business days. No one ever calls me back. I do my due diligence upon receiving a new health care plan, but apparently that wasn't enough with this criminal company that cares much more about profit than people. I particularly found a supervisor Greg to be sarcastic & dismissive in his customer service. I will never, ever use MODA again for my health care insurance. Zero stars.
