Price is right for monthly stay but then if you want extra days is $45 a night. People who live there year round have too much junk around their sites making it look dumpy. Also noticed our neighbor took her big dog out to Poop and never picked up. Sites are very close together. Bathrooms were terrible , we stayed for a month and not once did I see the stalls were washed down. Same dirt and markings were there when we left . Especially with COVID going on. These should be sanitized from top to bottom . Very disappointing. We left and went to EG Simmons Park in Ruskin . What a difference. ABSOLUTELY SUPER CLEAN Restrooms, Sites Roomy and CLEAN!! No garbage or junk around. Kayaking, swimming fishing, playground. Very NICE PLACE and super reasonable!! Staff Very helpful and Friendly.

Don't have to be a Mason to stay..people are absolutely fantastic and welcoming. Bathrooms are very clean. They did a great job on their Holiday decorations. We definitely stay there again.

Stayed there for two nights while attending a festival at The Canoe Outpost. Everyone who worked there was really nice to me and my dog along with all the other festival attendees. The property was very clean and lent itself well to tent camping.

Great for Recreational Vehicles both long term and short term. There is lots of privacy, paved bicycle and golf cart trails, fishing, kayaking and hiking trails. It is also close to St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Tampa and the Gulf Beaches and conveniently located to local Shopping, Hospitals and Banking Facilities.

The camp entrance is directly on 301 just south of the small bridge on the left.
Showers yes. They have new bathrooms with tankless water heater’s. Price will depend. Scouters, Masons or general public. Overall good place to enjoy camping and outdoors
