Remote security protects residents from delivery drivers. I have delivered flowers and driven Uber here since it was built and before security gates were up. Now I can't get in to deliver flowers because I don't have the recipient phone number and the radio sounds like a stoner movie drive-thru

Valencia Lakes is a top-notch 55+ retirement community. The amenities are excellent and there are dozens of different clubs that you can join as well as community activities. Sadly as I write this review we're still working on getting out of covid-19 so those types of things are limited but that should not stop somebody from visiting and seeing but a great place this would be for their retirement years.

Love our home. Great neighborhood. Cool amenities, we use the gym and pool weekly. 55 + is the way to go. Like being on vacation every day.
