Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend going here. Tickets (which are nonrefundable by the way), food and drinks are extremely overpriced. We got our tickets online but were not able to skip the ticket line. Ended up waiting in this line, without shade, for almost an hour for a quick scan of the online ticket. You cannot bring your own umbrella or cooler and they make you pay extra fees for literally everything (chairs, umbrellas, obstacle course on water...). It is basically just a huge pool but you can only use 30% ish total because most parts are blocked off for kayaks or paddle boards (I do wonder why they allow these type of activities there anyways. We are in Florida, people! You can kayak or paddle board wherever you go). This was a huge waste of money. We stayed less than an hour. Most of the positive reviews here seem to be HOA residents, who can use this for free. Don't waste your money on this, it's a rip-off. Take your kids to the beach instead.

Enjoyed a lovely birthday celebration with my princess group. Even though it rained it was still a great experience. Bar tenders were great , we found food truck burger and hotdogs to be enough to tide us over until birthday cake time.

DON’T WASTE YOUR $$$!!!! I don’t think our experience could of been much worse. Arrival - purchased tickets online and still had to wait 15 minutes at the window to get a wrist band. Staff - good luck finding anyone that works there if you have a question. The lagoon itself is 1/4 of the size it looks in the pictures - same for the obstacle course. Only a small area is sectioned for swimming- any community pool around here would be the equivalent. My 2 kids waited in the line with our pre purchased obstacle wrist bands and TWICE did not make the cut off because GROWN men were cutting in front of everyone. The obstacle course only goes out every hour on the hour so if you miss it you have to wait again. Even though the obstacle empolyee notified management that we were all cut off in line they refused to refund the tickets to myself and 3 other families that had the same complaint. I spoke to the pathetic grown men cutting line myself and they pretended they had no idea how lines work - absolutely trash crowd at this place. The manager on duty was SO rude. Essentially I paid $180 total to swim in a small area for an hour. PLEASE PLEASE do not give this establishment your money.

Terrible experience! They allow people to own an area without placing a sign that it is reserved. They had me and my family move because they put a gentlemen's umbrella up 3 hours ago. It was mentioned that he didn't reserve the area but the umbrella. When I asked if they could just take his umbrella they prefer that my family move instead.
