So they’re currently offering curbside. Great!… except when I called in today, whoever I spoke with asked me to come in. Not once. But twice. I have SEVERE sciatica so it’s hard for me to walk at the moment. I wouldn’t have opted in for curbside if that’s the case. I even said I had no problem waiting I’m not rushing. It made me feel like I was bothering him…to do his job..then it sounded as if he sighed on the phone. He said it would be over 30mins of me waiting in attempts to have me come inside lol. It took 10minutes if even. Don’t offer a service when you truly don’t want to do it. Smh.

Dear Mr.CEO Doug McMillon, I was extremely satisfied with the HIGH LEVEL of services that Kenneth and Amber have provided. I hope you have a few minutes to read my experience at one of your stores in Sun City Florida location. I was recommended from your garage service to have my 2 front tires replaced. Do to limit time, I schedule an appointment for Saturday at 3pm to have my tires replaced . I arrived 20 minutes early. Check in at the counter to find out that they did not have my tires. You can imagine the disappointment. When I made the appointment they assured I would have my tires. The front desk employee apologized and said I would have to come back Thursday when your delivery came in. Not one time did he offer a solution or say let me check with my supervisor. So I asked to Speak with the Supervisor in your mechanic garage department. The manager came out his name is Kenneth and Amber . They both listened to what I had to say. They called another location about 45 minutes away. Found out there garage was closed . However the Manager check there inventory and noticed that they had my tire in stock. Kenneth was so gracious that he said he would go pick up the tires for me to have them installed at the store where I do all my weekly purchases. Kenneth and Amber went over and beyond to help me . They listened, they acknowledged the situation and found a solution. They did everything possible to make a customer happy. I truly felt like the red carpet treatment. I hope that you would take the time to let them know how grateful and appreciated l am. Kenneth and Amber are truly a valuable employee and should be special rewarded for the Employee of the year. Thank you 😊

These people that work here don’t know what’s in store, and the people who you call are even worse. Recommend never going there smh
