We live here and it is a great place for active 55 and older. There is a weight room, social hall for entertainment & various clubs for residents. Also lap and swim pools, Bocci Ball, Tennis and Pickle ball courts. There is a Bistro and bar on site. In addition to a regular menu they also have different daily specials. It is very nice to be able to walk to happy hour or lunch/dinner from your home. Note they are closed on Sunday at 2pm and all day Monday. The grounds are very well kept and the homes are well constructed. Just be aware this is NOT assisted living.

Very nice community. However still waiting after one year for my new build to be completed :-(

The community is very well taken care of. Club house and pool looks pristine. Poolside restaurant is pretty good and reasonably priced. This community is not very big so there aren’t a lot of clubs to join.

Valencia Del Sol is a fantastic 55+ community with resort style amenities. This was one of the reasons we decided to purchase a home. Our sales person Ahmed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make things happen for us. Excited to own a house in this great community!
