Zero star for their ugly manner!!! I don't recommend this store. Despite its brand there are unprofessional salesmen who don't let you even browse the styles!!!!! I need to mention them that each customer can be a potential buyer. I did not even find a chance to browse the floor models as they excused all the furnitures would be ready in 9-12 months and just a sofa is available now for sale, how funny!!!!!! Then he blocked my way to go down for browsing. It did not sound like a business was going on there. I was the only car parked there and the only customer in the store.

Came into the Paul Schatz store and were immediately met by Matt. Matt was so great to work with! He never ‘directed’ us but let us lead as we looked at sofas and loveseats. He answered our questions, no matter how many we asked or how often we asked the same question again. He did so clearly and in a way that made us realize he was there to help us! And he has such a great way of interacting with people he made it fun! We did order a sofa and love seat and as we drove away reflected that we felt comfort in knowing that if there were any problems Matt and Paul Schatz furniture would take care of us!

Yes they are not inexpensive but they are very high quality products made in the USA or Canada. Delivery is prompt and courteous and on time They remove all packing materials too.
