Nice historical spot under ny state parks . Only issue was you need a permit for wedding photos which we didn't have. We were able to go down by barn for photos.

Yes, dogs are allowed so long as they are on a leash that is no longer than 6 feet and their poop is picked up after they do their business on the property.
