Went here now that I'm moving to Portland because I really wanted an affordable bedroom set. Bill was guiding me through and helped me get a set that fit my space needs, color grade, and made sure I'd have it in time for when my lease starts. Looked for a recliner too, nothing in the showroom was quite what I wanted but Bill gave me a list of places to go look at they can order from- including places where the price would be lower than listed because they're wholesale not retail. Felicia was lovely too and helped me pick out a "chinchilla pillow" that is really nicely textured and will make a great accent.

I bought my locally made couch from Furniture Shack a few weeks ago and have been loving it so much! It is so comfortable and quality made. Hello Ruthann. I have a leather care kit that comes with a leather protector and a leather cleaner. I also carry single bottles of the leather protector that repels dirt and stains while also restoring natural oils in leather. They don't come in any specific colors and can be used on any color of leather. If you wanted to stop in we are now open to the public operating our normal hours.
It depends on the item for the most part. Upholstery and mattresses have to be new in the package in order to return because we can't resell as used. If it's an issue of fitting something into a home than again new in package is best. And notifing us as soon as possible after pick up or delivery of a possible return as well. Was it something that you purchased already or were you interested in a certain item?
