I drove there to buy A recliner and was told it was to be delivered to my address. The next day I called to check on the delivery and was told "we a sorry we don't know what your talking about. The person I dealt with was from from a different store. Sorry I wasted my time.

There ok however at the end of the lease more money kept being owned. I talked to one guy an they took money off to 450 an now its back up to almost 550 yet again we never miss a payment there very much willing to work with you I'll give them that for those saying there furniture falls apart they probably broke it them self's an are blaming it on Aaron's I've never had one thing from here broken an there things they get aren't used an are very well checked before Sale. I will say this one on division is a little rough to get a hold of by phone though so if theres an questions I suggest going in or your bill pay online it's much easier that way an fast in my book.

I’ve been a great customer and to have someone process a payment which wasn’t authorized is stealing. After I pay off my last few payments we aren’t ever going to be doing business again. They were supposed to contact the it department to immediately release funds. Not only are we overpaying for products we’re also getting robbed because they take money when they’re not supposed to. I’ve filed a complaint with headquarters and will move on to cfpb and better business bureau. Furthermore you’ve lost a good customer

Been coming to this location for years, at the beginning staff and availability of items been great but again as I come every year, it gets worse and worse. They need to snap up and get back to the way they was!. Training of the delivery people wouldn't be to bad either. My last shipment from them was late, had delivery guys who were handling my new items rough and tossing pillows remind you the weather was raining, and one almost dropped them. I don't know if I'll continue after this.

You go in and look around if you find something you like they put you on a payment plan once a month they deliver also it's fast and easy
