The gentleman who helped me was a bit "grumpy"? I'm not sure if that's the right word? Maybe he was working a long shift or something.... The lady stocking the shelves, as I checked out, was very pleasantly helpful though. I suppose it evened out the experience? I know this location has had it's share of hardship, considering it's Portland downtown and the downtown area in general is trying to make a comeback dispite all the homeless encampments, crime, etc. But I will definitely shop here again.

Bought shoes and a matching belt for my daughter's wedding. Day before the wedding I discovered that the belt, labeled as a 38, was actually a 32. Therefore could not wear the belt or shoes as planned for this special occasion. Not going to shop a Rack store again. Not ever.

Huge array of clothes. Mostly on the more stylish and expensive end. Occasionally, you'll see a shirt in there that looks kind of crazy, but most of them are really great. Classic styles with some retro fashion. Dress pants, dress shirts, belts, sweaters, jeans and more. Some of the dress pants are 100$ or more, but then others are in the $30-40 range. Same with the shirts, you'll come across a $75 long sleeve collared shirt in there. But then again, they are quality and the fashion that stands out from among the rest. I would recommend it because the clothes are so good and fashionable, but it is not the most affordable place to shop. They have a dressing room for you to try on the clothes beforehand to make sure that it fits you. I shopped in the Men's section, and saved 5$ by downloading the app. The staff were all very nice and helpful but busy too.

This location is not as big as the other Nordstrom I've been in but I like the place, it's near to a lot of other shops and restaurants. Great selection especially on jeans. I had a great deal on a few pairs of shoes the last time I was here. Store people are helpful, they went above and beyond in assisting me. Thanks, I will come back soon.
